Costain

Costain, a leader in consultancy, digital technology, and programme delivery services, decided to relocate its head office from Maidenhead to Central London. The move is part of a broader strategy to align more closely with key clients and stakeholders while capitalising on the vibrant London market. The new office comes with a significant reduction in space and a shift to a more agile way of working, requiring a design that is highly functional.

Amnesty International

Amnesty International, the world’s leading human rights organisation, undertook a project to restructure its office space, transitioning from four levels to three to optimise efficiency and facilitate the leasing of one floor to an incoming tenant. The refurbished office underwent a transformation that prioritised the creation of functional spaces to meet diverse needs. Sustainability was a key focus of the project, with material selections and energy performance services. Where feasible, existing furniture was incorporated into the scheme to minimise wastage and promote eco-conscious practices.

Stevens & Bolton LLP

Stevens & Bolton LLP, a prominent legal firm in Guildford, wanted to revitalise their existing office space and adapt it to the new ways of working. Seeking to encourage a return to the office, the firm aimed to provide areas that offered the comforts of home and fostered a pre-pandemic ambience. Agile workspaces were a key focus to accommodate diverse working styles and create a welcoming environment for clients who were once again visiting the office for face-to-face meetings.
